VIP Memberships

Our terms are simple with just a few rules to keep in mind so that we may continue to serve you in the best possible manner.

Our Membership Program offerings include many benefits. As part of your Membership your (1) complimentary monthly treatment may be redeemed in the month, within (30) days, after you are charged for your membership dues.

ĀVIA Medical Spa will adhere to the Appointment Cancellation Policy and kindly ask that you provide us with a 48-hour cancellation notice or the appointment will be considered a used treatment. By adhering to our Cancellation Policy, any appointment properly cancelled will not count as a used treatment.

Memberships, benefits, and complimentary services are non-transferable and non-refundable. Memberships auto-renew and have no initiation fees.

Your credit card and email address are required for participation in our Membership Program. Your credit card will remain securely on file and each month your credit card will be charged the amount recorded on the same date each month, “monthly due date”.

This agreement may be terminated at any time by a member provided that at least 30 days’ notice is provided in advance of your monthly due date. Membership terminations must be in a (30) day advance written and signed notification by all parties associated with the membership. As of the effective date of a termination, ĀVIA Medical Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Membership Program upon advance prior written notice.

A $250 cancellation fee will be applied on the day of cancellation, if the membership is cancelled before the 1 year is over. 

All AVIA Medical Spa Membership Services are final. We do not perform upgrades or exchanges to services and all Membership Benefits are not applicable with other current spa promotions.
