Missed or last-minute cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have established the following Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Cancellations made within less than the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, as this is a standard practice across med spas to protect reserved time and resources.
Appointments cancelled within the appropriate notice period can be rescheduled based on availability.
Late Cancellations
Any cancellation or rescheduling request made more than 48 hours after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation.

- Any deposit paid may be forfeited
This policy ensures that appointment times are respected and available for other clients.
Payments & Refund Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated
- All sales on services, packages, and treatments are final and non-refundable
- Prepaid packages are non-transferable unless explicitly approved
- Pricing is subject to change without prior notice
Emergency Considerations
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of genuine emergencies or illness, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of AVIA Medical Spa.

Please ensure changes are made within the required notice period to avoid any applicable fees. By adhering to our Cancellation Policy, any appointment properly cancelled will not count as a used treatment.
